  • I am always most grateful for any help. And if I asked for it, then I'm doubly thankful. I usually try to think of something wonderful I can do for them, even if it's just something to eat or a small gift, maybe my time with them if they need it.
  • There are many things I can likely improve in my life, but showing gratitude for help given is built in. It's something I never take for granted. It's something that in many ways makes this world go around. Sometimes I can respond directly - in words - in deeds - or by "passing it forward". If it was anonymous, then I'm grateful in general and it's even more important to "pass it foward". I'm a big believer in those "random acts of kindness". So you asked a question that resonates for me. I think that "attitude" of gratitude is a good one .. and turning it around .. offering assistance (especially without waiting to be "asked") is another good approach in life. No, not a given out there. But wonderful when we run into it. Thanks for bringing up a good topic. :)

  • With friends always. You never know when you might need them again or they need your help. You scratch my back............ and all that.
