  • i do we have a machine in the wieghts section called the ab cruncher where you dit back then bend forwards pulling on a weight theres also a exercise called the plank go into a press up position on your hands and knees then lower on to your elbows and lower arms, then spread your legs out so your straight and hold for 30 seconds 5 times a day that really works!!
