Yes. It may sound impossible, but it actually is the same. We have very strict guidelines that cover equality between men and women officers.

The honest truth is that I work for a major corporation and the suits are so scared fo BS lawsuits that the women get away with murder compared to the male employees. It's kind of ironic justice in many ways - but sometimes it makes one grind ones teeth....

No, women have a better benefit package and get more consideration when it comes to family duties. Mothers get 3 months of paid leave but fathers only get 5 days. Plus, managers are more lenient with women when they say they need to take kids to the doctor, etc.

I think they're doing a decent job. We have many female managers.

I have to agree with some of the comments here, a lot of the women could get away with murder. But only some of them. The joys of an office, favoritism. Some of the women have even been allowed to bring their child to work.

The women at my job get 12 weeks of parental leave but men only get 1 week! That's discrimination. Even when they give birth by c-section, it doesn't take 12 weeks to heal. I'm not saying that women shouldn't get 12 weeks, but fathers should be treated equally, and they're not.

Well, I'm a teacher and most of the people I work with are women. Men are a strange occurrence in my workplace, and the few that work in education...well, no comments! hehehehe I don't think I answered the question yet. Ok, yes men and women are treated the same at my work place.

Women and good looking men are, yes. PC applies to us uglies and, no, it isn't equality, although it might be necessary. I don't know.
