No not really. But I dont see why anybody would be proud to be black or white or any other color. Its not like a personal accomplishment. It just happened that way. I like to be proud of things I actually did not things beyond my control. Although I'm kind of a hypocrite because im slightly proud of having 2 different colored eyes.

I look at humans of all colors and humanity in general and I can't say I'm very proud of any of it considering the limitless potential we have and the greed, war, hatred, jealousy and power that corrupts it all

Being Black I can tell you that a lot of my people have used the system way over to their advantage. Some, rightly but more wrongly. We are getting there as a nation, where there wont be any difference between us but we still have a long way to go. I say be proud of who you are.

So what issue was it that prompted that question? Someone puttin you down because you're white? You feel that people of other color are discriminating against you? I'd like to know the root of the question...

Don't you listen to them, you be proud to be white if you want to, you should be proud to have all the wonderful, glorious things that white people have that no one else has, such as.... a lack of a government agency to protect YOUR rights... that's really it i think....

I dont think it is, but I think whites (just like blacks) have their good and bad people. And the "bad" whites have used the word 'White pride" in more of a negative way making it harder for other ones to use it freely. be proud to be white, but unfrtunately, someone could mistake your pride for something more like the KKK. Also, I think some people dont feel like histroicaly whites have had to fight for much, so hearing white pride can be a bit confusing becuase in their mind there is nothing to be "proud" of or nothing the majority of whites have had to overcome. Be proud of what you are and ignore anyone who says otherwise.
