Yes they are really .... sometimes, haven't got a record number of downrates (not yet anyway!) but its a good question lets see who responds to it

I've asked those questions already... and will again. Don't know the record off hand, but probably the highest would be in the teens.

No..I don't like to stir up trouble. The record number of downrates (for me) was for asking if anyone wanted to wish my daughter a happy birthday. go figure.

No. Why start trouble just for the sake of doing so? We could do without that here. I have no questions that I can recall being DRed a lot.
