  • Walking, or moving around whilst you are still asleep.
  • Contrary to popular belief, real sleepwalkers don't have closed eyes, nor do they have their arms stretched out in front of them.
  • Sleepwalking is where the person appears to be awake but in a dream state. They may appear dazed and behave as if they are doing something important.
  • My whole family sleepwalks. We end up in closets, behind doors, my sister gets in her car and pretends to drive. Another sister cleans the house in her sleep. If you saw us, you would think we were awake in a confused state. But nope, we are sleeping and not aware of our surroundings as they are. We only see what we are dreaming about. "I see sleeping people"....LOL
  • Moving around, doing things while unconsiously asleep. You most likely appear conscious to the people around you but you are totally unconsious, still fully asleep in your brain.
