Well...this is the 932,289th question, and this is answer number 3,840,038, so that's roughly 4,772,327 questions and answers, total. Of course, by the time you read this, that number will have gone up slightly. Stu, addressing your comment - This info is in every URL. Right now, if you look in your browser's address bar, you'll see "...answerbag.com/a_view/3840038" Translated, that means "answer view 3840038". Same deal with questions, except a question's URL reads "...answerbag.com/q_view/932289" which means "question view 932289"
