  • Depends upon a number of factors like: where you live (some areas are slower than others), the current case load, the number of judges, how many judges are vacationing or ill, how complicated your is, whether the opoosing party has filed their motion..etc. Sorry but these things really are a factor. I can imagine how frustrating it is waiting..Good Luck
  • It depends if it has been contested or not, etc. If he/she is a butt hole (inserted in case of little eyes), it can take forever to get on with it.
