What is the proper way to defrost a mouse?

Put it in luke warm water until it is not frosty any more and is warm to the touch. Not hot water though as it can cook it and a reptile would reject it. About as warm as you would bathe a baby in.

Personally I leave mine out to defrost for a few hours Only because my lizard doesnt like them warm You can put some warm water in a dish and put in the frozen mouse to defrost personally I dont like doing it this way as I find the mice go soggy
