Seafood, in general. Depending on the type of fish, they may not hold up well on the grill as they will fall apart easily. You need to wrap them or sandwich them between some kind of wire grilling thingie. Shell fish can be cooked on the grill as well, but this just takes practice to know how and when it's ready. The same for crabs and lobster.

seafood and veggies cuz they fall through the cracks, especially peas. lol

I think chicken. It seems every other option you can tell by its color. With chicken, it seems more challenging to know how cooked it really is.
-
I think most have a problem with chicken.

I would have to go with fish. I usually just bake that in the oven. On the BBQ grill, it tends to flake and fall apart. Gotta have one of those wire grill things with the smaller holes to cook fish.

For seafood try salmon or tuna, both of those hold up well on the grill.
-
Fish, it never falls to break apart as I try to turn it. Now I usually steam/poach it on the grill by wrapping it in aluminum foil with seasonings.
-
Yes-I agree. Fish is the easiest to screw up.

I find pork the most difficult to grill.Am never certain if its done or not. The trick with seafood and veggies is high heat less time.
-
I would say that seafood would be the most difficult, especially lobster because they would keep crawling off the grill. You turn your back to take a sip of beer and there's your lobster - gone.

Chicken, pork beef seafood then vegetables. Pork and chicken require that they be cooked until well done whereas beef is per preference seafood very short cooking times vegetables anyway is the right time from eldante to well done. mr bill
