no sometimes I use a spoon or my fingers. I never eat with a knife but I do use one to cut up my food. :)

Often, yes, but not always, NO ... ... spoon for soup and other mostly liquid foods ... ... chopsticks for a whole lot of foods ... ... hands/fingers for some foods like a sandwich, an apple, etc. ...

I almost never use a knife, except to spear meat, but I often use a fork. I also use a spoon on occasion, my fingers frequently, chop sticks for fun, and I use chips with dips. I sop gravy with bread, and lick the bowl after eating chocolate ice cream.
