I actually was totally stressed, forgot to eat and LOST 15 (maybe 20) pounds. I was 5'2 and 110lb to begin with so it wasn't cool. Just don't let stress get to you. You don't have to get a perfect grade and unfortunately profs can be dumb at times....many times. Also, try to keep your diet the same as its always been. And good luck!

Don't eat a lot of crap from the cafeteria/cheep food. Spend some extra time making healthy food and exersising.

Try to add a yoga, dance, or some physical class to your schedule. I lucked out cuz I was a musical theatre major on a hilly campus. I had a dance or movement class every couple days and had to walk up hills for 30mins everyday.
-
If you live off campus, park your car farther away and walk to class. Make sure you include time in your week to work out, even if you only have time to take a short walk or jog. Snacking a lot also got me. Keep healthy snacks in your kitchen or dorm room!

I park really far from the builings and I hike it up the stairs. In fact I haven't gained or lost anything. I have maintained my weight.
-
Did I ever! Try doubling that :P Fortunately it was easy for me to drop. Just be sure to eat right and exercise...maintain the same lifesstyle you have now and you'll be fine.

I actually lost about 20 lbs. my freshman year, but I had just gained that much the year before while on an exchange program. Walk a lot, take PE classes for fun, and don't start drinking beer and eating pizza all the time.

First and foremost make sure that you are not partying every night! Get your 8 hours of sleep because your body needs it to prevent weight gain. Avoid pizza and fast food at every turn. Eat salads, eat fiber (like apples), snack on nuts and pretzals and popcorn. Don't turn to chips and softdrinks. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. Drink water. You don't need softdrinks and juice all the time. (or alchohol either). Walk to your classes instead of driving and taking the bus. 5Exercise. If you think you don't have the time, then enroll in an elective that will force you to exercise like swimming or weight lifting. Go to the college gym. Join a group that plays sports and meet new people. See more of my articles at http://www.ehow.com/members/amandalyn-articles.html

I'm in college right now and I always park the furthest from the door and I pack my own healthy snacks and drinks, that way I am not tempted to stop at the vending machine and buy junk.
