Totally subjective question. For example, pretty much every blonde in the world is hotter than Carrot-Top. But of course, every other redhead in the world is hotter than Carrot-Top too.

as far as temperature is concerned, the difference is negligible.

I think that blonds are usually hotter than redheads, yes. Of course, there are exceptions.
