Definitely! When I am sad, I can play sad songs to feel those emotions and get them out instead of putting a lid on them. Very therapeutic! Same thing goes for when I feel wild, angry.....or extremely happy :)

Most definitely. I love happy, optimistic, energetic music, like ABBA, but I also love contemplative, sorrowful music like The Carpenters. Both groups give me both sides of the emotional spectrum, and I thrive on that. :) Ninja man, nice to see you my dear friend! How are you doing? :)

Most of the music I have is relaxing and when you're relaxed, you concentrate better and get more done. The more goals you can accomplish, the more enriched your life will be.

Music is my life.

YES!!! music is my therapy. Music is my companion when on the train on my way to work. Music is my entertainment on the weekend when I hang out with family.

Yep! Music is amazingly therapeutic when I am angry, stressed, sad, frustrated, or a whole host of other things. Listening to it doesn't usually do much for me, but playing is amazing. Depending on how I'm feeling, I will sometimes play one song compulsively, or skip around and never play more than a quarter of any song. Music is a beautiful thing. :)
