  • I don't see why not. My wife and I are American's and we got married in Scotland. All we had to do was follow the same procedures as if we were Scots. The US and the UK have a reciprical marriage agreement. You should just have to check with the local jurisdiction (state, township, etc) for specific requirements.

  • I think that you can married anywhere you like--you just have to follow local laws.
  • It shouldn't be an issue. One caveat is that in the case of a divorce you may have to travel to the US to carry it out.
