Help answer this question below.

My 98 neon wont start i changed the starter twice and now all it does is click once and wont turn over i checked the fuses and the battery. help please

This could either be a faulty starter solonoid, a bad battery cable leading to or from the solonoid, or worse yet, your engine may be locked up not allowing the starter to turn.
