Possibly. I didn't click on it, but by the looks of it, it might be. There are many ways to get Photoshop for free. Trust me. And it's not to simply download it from some button on a random site. I can't tell you how to do it, because that would be against the law. But if you want to figure out how to do it... do some re-search. :-) Adobe would probably go out of business if it wasn't for companies that have to buy tons of copies of the software or else they could run into biggggg trouble. Millions of people every day download the software illegally. It's possible... but I doubt that site is going to do it for you. Hope that helps! :-)
