Just use an anonymous proxy. Check here http://www.google.com/search?q=anonymous%20proxy for lists of them that'll mask your IP address. You won't be able to get a specific one, but your personal one will not be visible.

Why do you want to hide your true IP address? There are usually two reasons for this. Either you're ill informed and unreasonably paranoid or you're planning on doing stuff you ought not be doing. Don't do that!

Use a software (Ip Hider) becouse provides you a proxy list which can be tested in advance.
