As tehnology is improving itself, is it even worth to collect postcard, stamps, if lots of people is able to make them on their own?

I think they are still worth collecting. Let's not forget that postcards and stamps have become a big part of our history. Maybe someday printed materials like that would cost a lot, since they have become historical materials, like art pieces that now costs millions. Right? Just a thought.
