First you don't need the herbs to induce lactation. Try looking up www landmilkhoney or search ANR (Adult nursing relationship). There are sites, groups and support for those interested in this.

You need a pump and or a partner who would enjoy coming home and laying at your breast for 30 minutes gently suckling and again on some sort of schedule. This is senusal and a I think the most intimate exchange two people can share.

A partner who loves the idea of drinking in your sweet and nourishing milk is vital to your success.

I don't know why you'd want to, but fenugreek and fennel, possibly hormones but I wouldn't recommend it, along with stimulation (breast pump) several times a day should eventually get you going. If you search for nursing your adopted baby on google it should give you more ideas.
