When can one start shopping in the womens department? After high school ends? Is before the end of high school too early?

If the clothes fit and you like it then wear it.

Anytime they can fit into the clothing in the Women's department. It's not like a bar, they shouldn't have to be a certain age...I started shopping in the Men's departments when I was 15.

I started when I was twelve, since the stuff in the kids' section looked weird or were too small.

If you’re a man, it’s probably going to get you some weird looks no matter how when you do it. ;-)
