You can get attachments that will give it more pressure.
-
replace it with a high flow j/k... if you get one with little tiny pin holes it will give you the illussion of higher power but only because the little bit of water coming out is hauling a$$ and hits you with more force

I've always just replaced the low flow head with one of my choosing
-
The easiest is to replace it. You can take it off, and see if you can remove the plastic that keeps the water from coming through, or use a small nail to make the holes larger.

Remove the shower head, and using a drill, with a drill bit about 3/8 of an inch, simply drill out the restrictor being careful not to drill through the face of the shower head. Straight and centered drilling is important.
-
Simply remove the water saver inside the head. On the threaded side look inside and you will see a small piece of plastic (usually black), get some needle nose pliers (or tweezers in a pinch) and pull it out. That should increase your pressure considerably.
