I know it's not the BEST but I watch Family Guy w/ my 4 y/o daughter. She cracks up watching it. Usually the Tv schedule is Spongebob, Family Guy, Simpsons, Johnny Test, or any other show on Cartoon Network. I used to watch Barney on PBS w/ my son (he's 15 now) but I can't take that purple dinosaur anymore. =]

I really like a few of the newer shows airing on PBS. Between the Lions is great. I LOVE Word World. And my 4 y/o daughter LOVES Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman and Cyberchase even though they're aimed at older children.
