I really like a few of the newer shows airing on PBS. Between the Lions is great. I LOVE Word World. And my 4 y/o daughter LOVES Fetch! with Ruff Ruffman and Cyberchase even though they're aimed at older children.

- I'm a big fan of PBS, so love to see what children's programming they've got that's been around forever - and what new things they introduce. Isn't it great when younger kids decide a show geared for older ones is right up their alley? They literally "grow into it"! Thanks, Eltinwe. :)

- Totally. My husband STILL likes watching Reading Rainbow with the girls. And they've introduced a few really great ones in the last few years. I'm so proud of my daughter's TV watching choices. Most of the time. She's 4 and can already understand fractions!

I know it's not the BEST but I watch Family Guy w/ my 4 y/o daughter. She cracks up watching it. Usually the Tv schedule is Spongebob, Family Guy, Simpsons, Johnny Test, or any other show on Cartoon Network. I used to watch Barney on PBS w/ my son (he's 15 now) but I can't take that purple dinosaur anymore. =]
