You could get lots of different answers. Generally you want to hang art at eye level. Many make the mistake of hanging art too high.
Eye level while standing is the rule unless you prefer the peice to be viewed from a different angle. A fav could be hung low to view at eye level while you and a guest are simply hangin out and there it is, waiting to be noticed. The conversation begins.....

You're reading What is the proper height to hang a painting/print/picture/framed work of art? I know there has to be an "ideal," height... but what is it? and, is if from the top of the frame or the bottom?
