Is it illegal to have drivers licenses from two states at once?

I don't think you can. I had to turn in my MO DL to get an AR one and vv. so i figure it is

Technically yes, but they don't really check. Kind of like a marriage license. But then again, who would want to be married to more than one woman at the same time? One is enough.

When a new one is issued the old one becomes obsolete. If you get pulled over and present the old one you will be told the licenses has been voided and no longer good, if they check it out. If you do not have the new one they will give you a ticket for driving with a suspended license. You won't get the old one back.
