Is it OK to cook food in aluminium pots and pans?

Sure. They are safe. Just get hot faster, no teflon coating. Teflon coated stuff is worse to use. Who knows what teflon is anyway.

Just don't accidentally allow any deadly dihydrogen monoxide to get in there and you should be fine.

yes it safe. I don't see the harm in aluminum....isn't soda cans made out of aluminum? (or food trays) So its safe to cook your food in aluminum pots and pans.

Yes, It has been used for years and there never has been any problem with it.

I'm pretty sure they issued a warning about this in England about 20 years ago now.
