Brian Reagan. Not many people know him, but he is hilarious.
-
Mitch Hedberg. His delivery is brilliantly hilarious.
-
Fry and Laurie - their show was genius. Stephen Fry has perhaps the best use of English I have ever heard. Tim Vine is good, dead cheesy one liner jokes. And if you ever get the chance to go and see Milton Jones (Not that well known), GO! Enjoy these clips. The first three are HUgh Laurie, Stephen Fry or both, then Tim Vine, then Milton Jones.
-
Dave Chappelle. Anyone who can turn the "Nigger Family" into a 50's era, white, suburban family, just for the purpose of saying Nigger a zillion times.... It's cutting edge, it makes people uncomfortable, and most importantly, it made me laugh HARD. You can try to analyze humor all you want, but the real test is: "did you piss your pants?"
-
jerry seinfield and robin williams!
-
Mitch Hedberg...sadly he has since passed away.
-
Robin Williams, although living with him must be like trying to live with 20 different personalities within the same number of minutes.
-
Demetri Martin, Trevor Boris, and Russell Peters are my top 3 favourite comedians... but there are a lot of great ones out there - I just don't know all their names.
-
carlos mencia. he is the funniest guy ever. i love his show and i can't seem to get enough of it.
-
Russell Peters is one that I know of better. He can be very humorous!
-
I like Jerry Seinfeld as well as Jim Carrey.
-
I am going t show both my age and my Britishness here. Monty Python, The Two Ronnies, Morecambe & Wise, The Godies, Not the Nine o'clock News, Billy Connolly, and Fry & Lawrie are all up there, for differing reasons, as are the individuals involved. If I was really forced to pick just one, though, it would be Ronnie Barker. Fork 'andles!
-

-
Dana Carvey, Dennis Leary, and Jim Bruer all come in close.

-
The comedy group "Stella". (trying to remember ones that haven't been listed yet)
-
Billy Connelly without a doubt!
-
I'd have to go with jim carrey but im not sure if he counts..
-
I think the man that hasn't really changed much in his comedic style is George Carlin. He is so serious when he delivers his jokes that just watching him is hysterical. When it comes to a comedian in movies, the answer would be Robin Williams.
-
Jim Carry or Robin Williams.
-
Jack Black he is the bomb
-
George Carlin, Denis Leary, and Dennis Miller all rate highly in my book, but Hugh Laurie makes me laugh more than any other entertainer has recently. Not only do I enjoy the sarcastic wit of his portrayal of Dr. Gregory House, but he has his roots in British Comedy so he is technically a comedian. Surprisingly, many don't know that; search him on IMDB and you'll see he has quite a list of accomplishments.
-
Redd Foxx, Robin Williams.
-
Danny DeVito and Sienfeld. The all-time funniest comedian I think, was Richard Pryor. He was a pee-your-pants funny man!
-
howie mandel
-
First, Mike Birbiglia can always make me laugh (he just doesn't have new material all that often). Then I would have to say Dane Cook-- IF that is he's not being vulger. Next, I actually sadly really enjoy Bill Cosbeys old standups, and lastly, Jack Black is extremely witty in my oppinion. Also a few cliches, jim Carrie, and will farrel
-
All the guys from Whose Line is it Anyway! Awesome comedians, especially colin.
-
Bill Cosby, his light comedy allways works for me.
-
"The Chinaman" Mark Britten. I saw him at Go Bananas in Sharonville Ohio. I laughed so hard my cheekbones hurt. Check out his website www.gotcrack.com
-

LOOK... ....I had a vision of a way we could have no enemies ever again, if your interested in this. Anybody interested in hearing this? It's kind of an interesting theory, and all we have to do is make one decisive act and we can rid the world of all our enemies at once. Here's what we do. You know all that money we spend on nuclear weapons and defense every year? Trillions of dollars! Instead...., if we spent that money feeding and clothing the poor of the world, which it would pay for many times over, not one human being excluded... not one... we could as one race explore outer space together in peace, for ever. - Bill Hicks. Bill Hicks... The greatest unsung comedian of the X-Generation. He was taken away from the world prematurely by cancer in the mid 90's. I invite you to remember Bill Hicks, and his wonderful insight and comedy. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1366476727111157120&q=bill+hicks&hl=en Official website. http://www.billhicks.com/

Lisa Lampanelli, The Queen of Mean!!!! She is the most hilarious comedian to ever do stand-up!! When I mean funny, I mean, my grandmother and my mother peeing their pants while watching her DVD. She makes fun of every race, person, gender, stereotype, she's very offensive if you can't take a joke. She makes fun of the audience, but everyone knows she doesn't mean any of it. She's the only comedian who can say this stuff and get away with it. Please, take a few minutes to watch this little clip of her if you don't know who she is(or some of it, its 9 minutes long, but its the first part of her DVD-Take it Like a Man) WWW.MYSPACE.COM/LISALAMPANELLI-That's her myspace!! I commented her, and on that same day, she commented me back and said my profile rocks and she called me a psyco c**t!!!! that was the greatest day of my life.

Dane Cook Remember those Kool-Aid commercials? Where that big talking bowl of punch, he would come crashing through your f***ing wall? You wouldn't even know and he'd be like *PPFFFFFF* "OH YEAH! OH YEAH! OH YEAH!" Right? And the little kids were all excited "Yes YES!" And then they would drink out of him after debris fell in his open, dumb head. He would pour himself "OH YEAH! OH YEAH!" Him and his crazy tights, I don't like that, I don't like when juice wears tights, it's a horrible combination a bowl of juice wearing tights. F**K drinking out of him, if that was me I'd be like, "No no no you fix that wall before my dad gets home from work, he's gonna beat me with a toaster he's not gonna believe a talking bowl of fruit punch came crashing in here. You stupid idiot. Yea, coming through the wall is real f***ing cool, USING THE FRONT DOOR IS COOL! Don't touch me you drink! Don't touch me you giant beverage! You are sweating or condensating I will kick you in the tights and you will go down you're very top heavy. You glass b**ch! You glass b**tard! "OH YEAH!" "OH NO! Naughty naughty Kool-Aid!" "Oh yeah?" "No, no."
