people, people, people, except when they're really dumb which is happening more and more often.
people....
I hate
PUSH 1 for Spanish
A person PLEASE!!!!! I've learned that if you constantly repeat "Customer Service" instead of pushing a #, it will get you to a person much faster.
Oh, I care. I hate these automated phone prompts..Press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 to kiss my ass. I Just wait till it says represenitive. I press nothing.
people..at least i can tell them what i need..with a machine it takes forever..ugh
I by far prefer a person. An automated computer cannot answer me politely if I bitch at them. That is very frustrating.
For an answer in English, press 1.
I always prefer talking to a person.
Meh, as long as I get the information I'm looking for, I could care less.
a person
Everything has become so impersonal these days, I'm more than surprised when I call someplace and don't get an answering machine or call router. I do prefer to speak with a person, that is if they speak my language and don't have a heavy accent.
A person ! Automated answering machines takes too long, and I don't have all day.
Definately prefer to talk to a person, as long as thay speak my language and know how to help me. So many times I have talked with someone I couldn't understand and/or they would talk about random things that had nothing to do with what I was calling about.
sometimes the automated doesnt offer the right choices. so i say help a couple of times. or i dial O for operator a couple times.
Automated, with people you end up on hold, or asking "could you repeat that please" too many times.
I prefer speaking to a real person though sometimes the automated prompt system is more accurate at choosing the correct department to solve a problem. What I truly hate is speaking to people who don't have the authority (or script in front of them) to solve problems which are outwith their remit and who won't pass you up the line to find someone who will help. Systems are no good if they don't cater for the exception or unexpected!
M
Person. Someone that can assess my own personal experience that cannot be defined through a menu option list.
I hate computerized anything.
Talking to a voice computer makes me feel like an idiot
People even though my social skills suck.

Ha ha, I'll take dumb people over rude people any day, although dumb people can be VERY annoying but those rude ones really make my blood boil. Thanks, Susanmoy :).
