How can I prevent fleas from biting me? (A household remedy I can't go to the store right now)

Some people say putting a small bowl of water in a room will attracked the fleas and they frowned. I never tryed it. moth flakes will work. Leave them on your carpet overnight and vacuum in am. That's all I know:)

You could try rubbing vinegar all over your skin. I think they are repelled by that.
