No there is'nt a groove in my matteress. But i'll tell why there is a groove in a matteress, its because you a person is always sleeping on the same side of the bed all the time, you are soppose to turn you're matteress 3 - 4 months. But if you buy a decent ,matteress you won't need to turn at all.

Nope, it's all nice and bouncy still, it's new from only a few months. Well...from like, last Spring, but still, bouncy!
