In your opinion, is some of the music from the more intricate, experimental recesses of the "Black Metal" genre comparable to classical music in its complexity and/or merit?

Wow... I can't remember the last time I heard the essence of Rachmonninoff hidden in Pantera melody lines??? Not even pagannini? Well maybe pagannini? But it probably wasn't intentional as all music (especially rock and metal)follows after scales and all scales are found in all music no matter the genre or the speed or intensity at which they are executed. So Im going with a big fat NO! on that one. Sorry...

This django? I don't hear a lot of jazz related chord or scale work in this? Even with a finger or two missing I'd call this anything other than jazz? Honestly thought, I never knew for sure? Maybe it is?
