thanks, one of the questions I am asked is "Why would you leave this position and why did you stay so long? I don't know how to make "I got really comfortable!" NOT sound like complacency. I worked at home - had kids, no daycare, no commute, no office politics, decent pay and benefits - I would have to say that I have the BEST POSITION in the company but I am 33yrs old and I would like to grow in ALL ways......... My job is stable but sometimes you just know when it is time to move on................. Any ideas on how to make this transition?
