If you want to learn OOP you have to get to know the fundamental concepts behind all OOP languages and one of the best materials to do this with is the online Java tutorials. They don't just teach you how to use a particular language but also teaches you the concepts behind it which means that once you've done that and learned one OOP language you can quite easily pick up another OOP language.
