  • Hey sweetie! My alarm is a 7 day dual alarm, so it goes off twice a day (at the times I set) every day of the week. It's got a weekend OFF switch. So, I only have to set the alarms if the power goes out.
  • Monday-Friday...about 6am...but I hit the "snooze" button..so I don't know if "6am" is the right answer...LOL
  • somewhere around noon work for me!!!
  • my clocks in my head'
  • I don't set an alarm- my kids wake me up every morning.
  • I set my alarm to go off 2 hours prior to me having to leave home. It gives me time to have a coffee in peace have a quick look at my emails. In between this I get my clothes out and all the goodies in the bathroom which I will need like deodorant face cream etc. Then when I am ready to go and shower everything is out and ready and quick. This is what works for me. I also read that one should not sleep late on weekends better to get up more or less the same time each day.
  • Right now, 7am. When school starts we will be getting up at 6:30
  • I haven't used an alarm in 12 years. I wake up at daybreak, whether I want to or not. She's a good dog.

  • I don't use an alarm. My little girl usually wakes me up by climbing into bed with me and kissing me around 8:30. We'll lay in bed for about 15 minutes talking about her dreams, or what our plans are for the day or whatever before she starts demanding breakfast.
  • @ 8:30 but i got up 'til 9:00 and i have to b @ school at 10, i'm always late jujuju
  • I dont. I set my alarm for when I want to get up... not before I got to bed. Thats just absurd.
  • Do you battle to get up in the morning? Do you find you have no energy and are tired most of the time even during the day. If that is the case you should have your thyroid checked because if it is underactive if that is the way you are feeling it could be your thyroid. Also if one eats a heavy meal shortly before going to bed we think we are having a good nights sleep but in actual fact we are not. How many hours do you sleep a night the average person requires 7 to 8 hours and other cope well on 5 to 6 hours.
