I don't usually put eggs in mine, but here's one recipe. I boil the amount of macaroni I want to make and drain it. Then I take several spoons of butter or margarine and melt it in a pan. Next, take several spoons of flour and mix it in with the butter ( make sure the mixture is liquid, don't let it get too paste like), put salt and pepper to taste, then enough milk to create a sauce for the amount of macaroni you have made. Cook the sauce mixture till thickened, then add cheese and let it melt (Velveeta or Cheddar is what I like). Then mix the sauce with the macaroni, put in a baking dish. Last, I take several spoonfuls of breadcrumbs and mix it with several spoonfuls of melted butter and put this on top of the macaroni. I bake it at 350 degrees at least 30 min., maybe longer till the sauce is browned around the edges and nice and thick. If the sauce is runny, leave it in to bake longer.

Boil 2 cups of macaroni, drain. Combine 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, 1 1/2 cups diced ham, 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 green onions (finely chopped), 1 egg (beaten), salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and cover with another cup of shredded cheese. Bake in a lightly greased large baking dish. It's rich, but yummy.

Hmmm... haven't made it with eggs, but boy I've got a winner if you want to make a 4 Cheese version that's out of this world. And you won't find it in the line at school or the potluck at church, either :) http://wehow.ehow.com/how_2023771_four-cheese-macaroni.html
