Theory: Carbon Dioxide + More Carbon Dioxide = High Global Temps/GLOBAL WARMING!!!!! For the past 7,8 years carbon dioxide has shot up from China/India (past U.S. levels) but global temps have stayed the same (not increased at all). Thoughts?

the northern atlantic oscillation and the current opposite to El Nino (not sure of name) is dampening down warming. When this reverses, the increase in temperature will be severe - approx 2020

The whole thing is a hoax. If global warming was such a terrible thing, then why are China and India exempt in the Kyoto treaty? The monetary motivation from the "carbon footprint" scam is that the middlemen selling carbon credits will make millions, or billions while Western Civilization becomes a third world.
