  • Sure! My family's fave meatloaf is made by putting about a pound, pound and a half of lean ground beef in a bowl. Mix in one egg, spices (usually seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, maybe some oregano- whatever you like!), and about a half cup of oatmean or a ground up piece of bread (for consistency). When all mixed together, spread meat out on a piece of wax paper, pound down to about 3/4" in a rectangular shape. Spread favourite vegs, corn, peas, mushrooms, spinach, maybe some hashbrowns... then roll meat up. Bake in oven at about 350 F for maybe a half hour. Check meat is cooked thru- delicious!
