Old Montréal and Québec City ressemble many Europeans to a certain extent. They definitely ressemble cities in France, as I believe that is what they are designed after. The early French settlers built these two cities on designs they knew from the old country. The buildings, streets, and churches are built in the same fashion as you would find in France. I feel like I could be in Bordeaux, Toulouse or Lyon when I am in these cities.
