I have a 1992 Geo Storm with bad motor and good transmission and a 1990 Geo Prism with a good motor and bad transmission. Any chance I can swap motors to get the Storm running again?

I would recommend trying out a GM motor, maybe a 300-I series (6 cylinder) and cycle that with the old Storm motor. You should probably ask a mechanic to do this, as it's a very complicated process (obviously).
