Champagne, Apricot sour, Mojito, Bellini, Japanese Sapporo and Asahi beers, Hoegaarden bier, good RED wine, bourbon, good malt whisky, all dependent on the occasion and food etc.. plus the occasional Amaretto liqueur (provided I also get the biscuits and can do the flaming 'wrapper-in-the-air' trick !..)

I have a few favourite drinks. One is James Squire Amber Ale - on tap rather than bottled. Another is a well made Spritz (sparkling mineral water, campari, a good, dry white wine and slices of lemon).
And lime cordial.
