Freeze

If I had to choose I would burn to death, it is quicker than dying slowly from hypothermia, that can take days and days. OUCH
-
I think freeze. Apparently you feel quite cosy just before death. I guess they must have got that from someone who was revived.
-
I'd choose to freeze to death, but afterwards i'd like my body incinerated and my ashes spread. Where? i haven't decided but i don't like to think of myself stuck in a small coffin when i'm dead. But yea, freezing would be easier.
-
definately freeze.
-
Burn. I can cope with pain more than being extremely uncomfortable, if that makes any sense at all.
-
i would freeze.. being cold makes me sleepy so i would just go to sleep.. now burning on the other hand is scary!
-
Well... even if freezing to death is a longer and slower process I would still choose it over burning to death.
-
Definately freeze!!
-
I Would rather fry.lmao .bein to cold would suck ,but this is a duplicate question .just couldnt find it.
-
Freeze to death. If I was burned, I would turn to ashes and just be blown away and lost forever. But if I was freezed to death, it would mean I would be preserved forever like the ice cream in my freezer.
-
Freezing to death. I've heard you stop feeling it after a while and eventually you just get really tired so you lie down and go to sleep and you die. Being burned at the stake is pure torture.
-
Froze to death; has anyone seen final destination 3 where the girls get roasted to death on the sunbeds? NOT a good way to go - I'd rather die with frost bite & icicles on my nose than with blisters & boils over my body.
-
I would say freezing....burning would just be to painful for me
-
I'd rather freeze - less painful.
-
Burned, if I could only expirence one intense sensation I'd never have to go through again i'd be burned, imagine the adrenaline rush. I already know what it feels like to freeze my a*s.
-
Frozen, it would be easier to identify my corpse. Plus, I wanted to be creamated, burn me after I am dead.
-
I think freeze. Burning would be much more painful and very smelly too.
-
Hypothermia, freezing is much to be preferred. You drift off to sleep.
-
freezing is supposedly like falling asleep, and fire...well like burning..not so pleasant
-
Since "Neither" isn't an option, I'll go with freezing - burning seems so much more painful, and hopefully with freezing, you'd fall asleep from the hypothermia first.... Lovely thought, hmm? :)
-
Be burn to death,...your pain receptors burn away after less than 10 seconds,....and I really really hate the cold.
-
burning would be worse, that would be torture!
-
popicle or crispie critter. i'd be a popicle any day.
-
I would rather fry.lol
-
Freezing I'd say because cold doesn't hurt. After a while your body shuts down but before that can happen, you would pass out and be unconscious so you wouldn't feel anything.
-
Burning to death - you body feels it. When freezing to death, your body goes in to a state of delerium and you sort of get goofy and hallucinate and then fall asleep.
-
Well burning to death you got a lot of pain to go with it. Where as if you freeze you moreless would go numb and eventually just go to sleep after that.
-
It probably depends on what you mean by "worse". For some people, the level of pain would be more important, in which case freezing would be better. For others, the duration of fear, uncertainty, helplessness, etc., would be worse than the pain, and they would rather get it over with: burning to death would be pretty quick. Either would be better than drowning, though.
-
burning to death would probably be faster. but freezing would probably be less pain full... I will have to say Burned alive
-
Freezing to death would be the best way to go, you pass out or fall asleep before you die, and its a lot less painful than being burned alive where your concious through much of the event.
-
Depends...you didnt say burn to death so exactly how burned are we talking? Like...can I just light my left thumb on fire and then put it out?
-
I would rather freeze, Burning is much too painful for my liking and I hate being in a lot of pain.
-
Freeze, at least my family would have something to mourn over once I was gone. I had a close friend die in a house fire, I can't get the horrible thought out of my mind what she went through before dying. And how they had to identify her by her teeth where she was burned so badly.
-
Flash freeze me. Sub Zero wins
-
Freeze... i want my body preserved!
-
freeze
-
I would freeze
-
I'd rather freeze.
-
Freeze to death
-
I would rather burn. Yes there is alot of pain but only until the smoke fills your lungs and you pass out. With freezing there is hours and hours of pain that seems to keep getting worse until you pass out. Burning is quick.
-
burn
-
Freezing to death is less painful in the long run. I started to freeze to death one time when Iwas younger but someone woke me up. That last thing I remember before they woke me was feeling very very warm like this bright light was starting to absorb me even though the outside temperature was below freezing.
-
i think id rather burn. seems quicker.
-
I'd rather burn and not have the fluid in my lungs freeze causing me to suffocate to death, thank you very much.
-
Freeze-I think I may have burned in a formwer life, scared of fire now
-
I would choose freezing ...I think it would not be as painful
-
I'd choose to freeze. Cos hypothermia is just like going to sleep I've heard and it seems gentler. Burning I think would be very painful.
-
Freeze me like a popsicle, it would be less painful.
-
Freeze to death... because burning would be excruciatingly painful where as with freezing, you'd be horribly cold, but I think you'd pass out and fall into a coma due to your heart slowing too much, before you got frost bite and you froze solid... So it's just very cold, but you'll fall unconscious before dying of cold... like camping!! x
-
Freezing. I've had hypothermia, and you get to a point where you just don't notice the cold anymore. There is a point where (if you are familiar with it) you realize that you are going into hypothermia and there is a bit of panic. That's when I pulled myself out of it and started running to warm up.
-
Definetely freeze to death. I have such a fear of burning...that's one of my worst fears. I'd choose freezing no contest.
-
obviously being frozen. i think it would be less painfull
-
I would choose to freeze to death. My understanding is that a person dying that way goes to sleep and doesn't wake up.
-
I would rather freeze to death. They say that when you are close to dying you feel warm again.
-
Freeze - I understand that you go past feeling the cold and just go to sleep.
-
Neither. I want to die in my sleep. Well, not tonight...
-
i would rather freeze to death. i think (perhaps mistakenly) that the cold would cause you to fall asleep and then you'd die while you're asleep. kind of hard to sleep while burning to death, though.
-
Freezing, although preference is given for neither. . Burning is a sharp, and agonizing pain. Freezing would be bad too, but its more of a dull, numbing pain. Plus, I'll be huddled with the hot red head I was traveling with. . Also, If I'm freezing, I was probably doing something cool, like exploring, or mountain climbing. . If I burn to death, I was probably doing something dumb, or against my will... I cant think of any 'cool' ways to die via. burning. :( . ... What does this have to do with Argentina?
-
Freezing..you lose conciousness before death..you burn to death..and you get to feel every second of it :)
-
Freeze to death. Seems less painful than burning to death.
-
BURNING!! I'd feel all cool and shit right before I died. I'd probably laugh malevolently right before I feel on conscience. I mean, if I'm going to die, I'd rather go out with a bang or something close.
-
Freeze, because you go into a state of hypothermia first, and at that point you hallucinate and start going numb.
-
I agree with Nelson, Freeze
-
having been burnt and going thru the pain ...I would have to say frozen ...you just get very tired and go to sleep ....a very long sleep
-
FREEZE
-
Freeze- after a while, your body would go numb, and then just shut down. It's MUCH less painful than being burned!!
-
Burning would be faster, but I imagine much more painful. Can I just have a heart attack while making love to my wife?
-
I remember reading once that being burned alive is one of the most painful ways to die, so I would go with alternative number 2.
-
Freeze, that way my perfect body would be preserved for the morners to admire!
-
I would rather freeze to death, once your body temperature falls to a certain level, you would just go to sleep. No pain.
-
Freezing seems to be less painful.
-
I would rather freeze, burning to death is one of my fears.
-
I'm going to have to join the majority and say freeze, supposedly you just go to sleep and then die. That sounds a bit better to me.
-
I would freeze to death. I've heard both are initially painful but, at the end of the freezing process my body will be more or less intact. Being charred and toasted just doesn't seem all that attractive to me on many levels. I also think the initial dying process would be more traumatic.
-
Since everyone here is chosing to freeze, I chose to burn bring on the pain!!!!!!!
-
Freeze. Still wouldn't be at all pleasant and would probably take longer, but I prefer it to burning.
-
freeze
-
Freeze! I'd like just about anything better than being burned up.
-
freeze
-
I like the color blue more than the color red. So, I'd say I would rather freeze.
-
Freeze. I think you pass out because of the cold before you die.
-
Although people wouldn't like the idea of death either by freezing or burning. but since we are able to choose one of them, i will choose freezing...
-
Freeze, you just go to sleep after awhile. Burning would be so painful and you'd be fully aware of the terror, the heat, the smells.
-
Definitely freeze. I would probably be numb long before I died.
-
Freeze, You get a warm sensation and then you go to sleep. From what scientists tell us.
-
Chill baby chill... the best way to go.
-
FREEZE....
-
Freeze, there's less pain involved.
-
freeze because then i could sleep through my death
-
freeze.
-
Freezing is less agonizing.
-
I have a chest freezer. I wonder how many people climb in one of those when they want to die?
-
Freeze.
-
Freeze. After a bit, the pain is said to go away since you don't feel anything anymore, and apparently, slipping into the abyss of death through freezing is said to be pretty trippy. XD
-
Freeze. When you freeze, there's the chance that your body will go into a comatose state, and you still might live. Burning... that just hurts, man...
-
I'm with the others on this, freeze
-
Freeze to death. Living up here in north central Canada, I'm used to it!
-
Freeze, I've been so cold things that were once numb started to "bite"; still better than the tiny burns i get from time to time.
-
Freeze. Burning to death is one of my greatest fears.
