  • many people are and don't even know it.
  • No..I religiously read all labels..I buy nothing that has hydrogenated oil, partially hydrogenated oil, or high fructure corn syrup in it. That eliminates an enormous number of products. We only use diet drinks sweetened with Splenda (except for fresh orange juice). That is why going to the supermarket takes me so long..I read every label every time because sometimes the manufacturer will change things on you..sometimes, believe it or not, it is for the better. I have noticed that some products have been reformulated to eliminate the hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils. We also never drink anything that has both of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and sodium benzoate..the combination of those two ingredients is dangerous. :)
  • A lot of people probably are because the human body quickly becomes "addicted" to sweet. HFCS tastes sweeter than sugar and thus, you crave it. Unfortunately, if you live in the USA, escaping this poison is very difficult, but well worth the effort. This stuff is so evil, I wish it could be un-invented.
  • oh yeeeaaaa
  • No as I try to avoid it at all costs. it's very bad for you and not like the more innocent sounding corn syrup. It is like a GMO product.
