No, my ex was going to become a RN and I wouldn't be able to see myself in the future with her. They're always on call, and have such staggered times that it's hard enough to have enough down time with them. Just makes it so much harder on the marraige, not to mention raising children or attending events as a couple.

why does a persons profession have anything to do with marriage or not? as long as my husband works hard at a respectable job (notice that part) and loves me, why not. I don't want a pimp or drug pusher or anything like that but there is nothing wrong with an RN. they studied hard and worked their azz off to do a thankless low paying job. Many people won't even work for twice what they make so you damn right i would.
