The largest land mass is the supercontinent of Africa-Eurasia (i.e. all the land comprising continental Europe, Asia, and Africa).
To break it down, Asia is the largest of the seven continents even without taking into account the fact that it is connected to Europe. Africa is the second largest continent, and it is connected to Asia by the Sinai Peninsula. So it stands to reason that anything involving both Africa and Asia would easily qualify as the largest land mass.
