it depends on what you like, but if you like burgers and want a more upscale approach then check out the burger bar at the mandalay bay. It is delicious!

Bobby Flay's "Mesa Grill" at Caesars Palace is a MUST !!!! Simon's Kitchen & Bar at The Hardrock is a MUST !!!! Those are the top two that I LOVE ... The Wynne has 18 resturaunts , one of which is an awesome Japanese place. Bellagio has the best brunch, bar none !! Hope this helps a little anyway. Have fun & good luck ..
