I believe it does cause whenever i listen to certain songs it changes my emotions

Definitely. It would depend on the type of music and the type of person, of course, but I think those sounds have a spell on us in one way or another. :)

Totally...it could be the lyrics or just the tune. Bad Company's "Shooting Star" makes me cry every time I hear it...it reminds me of a friend that passed...
