IF you are meaning Beavis and Butthead then it would be their ultra liberal teacher. The one that talks with a nasal sound and is always saying "Class!" Hank Hill is really funny and I have seen him in this show, as their disgruntled neighbour, he is funny too. I can see how he got his own series later on. (I feel weird talking bout them like they`re real people). LOL
