How do you feel about places that treat their customers like numbers instead of people?

It costs $3.50/month to be unlisted in our local Verizon phone book and nothing to be listed. Does that make any sense to you at all? Why?

You're reading Do any of you think customer service works two ways? I asked this question becuase some customers want excellent service with very bad attitudes, i know i cannot change a customer attitude. i believe customer service works in both hands.
