  • yes and yes. 20 pounds in four months is a healthy pace to lose weight at, and isn't too difficult to do. as far as splits, you must warm up and stretch out every day. you have to practice the splits every day, but go very slowly so you don't hurt anything. you will see minor improvement every day, and could be doing splits before the end of four months.
