Yes, I have been there with my 3 year old. He wanted a lolly pop, so he took one while we were walking out of the store.I noticed and made him give it to the cashier, explaining to him that it was wrong to take things without paying for them.

No. I Would Just Keep Whatever They Stole And Grown Them. There Kids. They Have A Lot More Stress Put On Them Then We Think.

Yes. It happened and I made the child hand it to the owned and apologize for stealing it. He wanted to give it to her for a reward (candy bar) but I said No. That would not accomplish what I was trying to do.

How could they possibly return the store?!? But yes, I would make them return the item they stole, and apologize for their inconsiderate actions.

Yes I would make them return it and apologize . Children need to learn that they must take responsibility and make restitution for their wrongdoings.
